This Privacy Policy explains how Havon collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (“the App”), a platform that enables interactive AI-based roleplay conversations.

We collect limited user data, including:

• Email address: Required for authentication via Google or Apple Sign-In.
• Chat data: Stored securely to provide conversation history and may be used in an anonymized and aggregated form to improve our AI models and app features. We do not use your individual chat data to personally identify or profile you.
• Device information: May include OS version and device model (via third-party services such as Google Ads) for app performance measurement and optimization. We do not collect IP addresses.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as full name, date of birth, or physical location.

2. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to provide and improve the app:

• Google Ads: For monetization via non-personalized ads. These services may use identifiers (like Advertising IDs) for performance measurement, frequency capping, and fraud prevention. You can manage ad personalization settings directly within your device’s operating system settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to:

• Enable secure login and maintain your account
• Provide interactive AI chat functionality and maintain your conversation history
• Improve app performance, features, and user experience (including anonymized use of chat data for AI model improvement)
• Display non-personalized ads in a respectful, non-intrusive way

4. Data Retention

We retain your chat history and email address for as long as your account remains active. Upon your request for account deletion, we will remove your associated data, including chat history, from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe (typically 30 days), and from our backup systems within 90 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

5. Account & Data Deletion

Login is supported via Google or Apple. You have the right to request to delete your account and all associated data, including your chat history. To do so, please contact us at the email address provided below.

6. Age Restriction

The App is intended for users aged 17 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under this age. If we become aware that we have collected data from a user under 17, we will take immediate steps to delete such information and terminate the account.

7. Security

We implement reasonable and industry-standard security measures, including encryption, secure storage, and strict access controls, to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your personal information
• Request the correction or update of inaccurate information
• Request the deletion of your personal information (right to be forgotten)
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time, where consent is the basis for processing
